Carson Dunlop Weldon: Inspection of Commercial buildings

The Client: Carson Dunlop Weldon is a commercial inspection company based in Toronto, Canada.

The Vision: For over a decade now, real estate professionals in North America have relied on home inspectors for a professional assessment of a house’s condition. A positive byproduct of the home inspection industry is a new breed of real estate professionals with increased knowledge of house systems.

In order to furnish commercial real estate agents with a similar knowledge base, Carson Dunlop Weldon wanted to offer a training program to agents working with commercial real estate.

The solution: We helped the client develop a distance-learning/paper-based package that real estate professionals could take according to their own schedules.

Description: The course package included two modules: one course on commercial structures, and one on roofing systems.

Target: Commercial real estate agents. This course presents fundamental technical concepts for commercial buildings in an accessible way.
