Clarus PERMIT is a Salesforce-native, standards-aligned operating layer for federal environmental review and permitting. The solution helps agencies move from fragmented, manual processes to guided intake, automated case management, interoperable event/task/milestone data, digital-first document metadata, administrative record traceability, and human-controlled AI assistance – aligned to CEQ’s NEPA and Permitting Data and Technology Standard.
Clarus PERMIT is ready to demonstrate as a controlled prototype and can be configured into an agency-specific pilot.
The demonstration version includes: CEQ-standard-aligned data model crosswalk, guided intake flow, project and case workspace, task and milestone timeline, agency routing and handoff records, document metadata model, AI-assisted document summary and completeness check, administrative record candidate view, reviewer and executive dashboards, GIS conflict viewer, public comment triage screen, structured CEQ-standard API payload export, and release evidence packet.
The architecture is not new. Clarus delivered CoRRe – an AI-powered federal correspondence management system consolidating five legacy systems onto a single Salesforce and Agentforce architecture in ten weeks. CoRRe handles structured document intake, AI-assisted routing, human-approval workflows, and administrative record packaging – the same architectural primitives required for federal permitting. Clarus PERMIT is a domain adaptation of that production system, not a greenfield build.
