United States Access Board
The Access Board recently partnered with Clarus Group to modernize their process of tracking and closing complaints via Salesforce. The project aimed to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience for USAB staff and the public, and our team provided architecture, development, administration, system integration, security & compliance, quality assurance, and training services. The project resulted in improved complaint processing, data accuracy, accessibility, and adherence to Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act requirements.
Clarus Group worked with the USDA Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) Mission Area and Accenture Federal Services to create Farmers. gov, a Customer Experience Portal for farmers with self-service tools to increase efficiency and productivity. Clarus Group helped design, develop, and manage USDA’s Salesforce ecosystem, leveraging best practices and industry standards. Clarus prioritized security and compliance throughout the development process, ensuring that all features and capabilities met industry standards and complied with relevant regulations.
The Farmers.gov website has saved producers more than $15 billion in distributed funding and offers over 27 products and applications for full or partial self-service options, with ongoing efforts to enhance the user experience and increase self-service options.
